Centipede is a slow growing grass that will take over a lawn from weed coverage or other weaker grasses if it is maintained properly.  We offer other types of grass including Bermuda, Rye, Zoysia, and St. Augustine.  The time needed to grow in a lawn depends on the amount of seed combined in the mulch, the time of year when the mulch is applied, as well as a watering schedule.  Our staff has been in the low country for many years and  has the experience necessary for the success of your lawn!
